About the position

As a leader with our client, you will be responsible for creating structure, driving development, and ensuring that our services maintain the highest quality. You will lead and develop teams, plan and coordinate work, and build a work environment where people thrive and grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance

  • Developing and coaching employees to create strong and motivated teams

  • Ensuring a safe and secure work environment

  • Contributing ideas and solutions to improve operations

 

About you

Formal qualificationsWe are looking for someone with several years of leadership experience, preferably in cleaning or the service industry. You have a good understanding of workplace safety issues and are accustomed to working with planning and follow-up. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, and English is an advantage.

Personal qualitiesYou are a confident and inspiring leader who sees the strength in each individual and knows how to build well-functioning teams. You have the ability to create structure, as well as motivate and engage your employees. Your communication skills and solution-oriented approach make you a natural role model.

DesirableExperience with budget responsibility, digital planning tools, and coaching leadership is a plus. If you have also worked with employee development and change management, that is a significant advantage.
